Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the product has not yet been shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only if:

The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

The product is returned in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and invoice.

Non-Refundable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or mishandling are not eligible for a refund.

Software, downloadable products, and customized items are non-refundable.

Return Policy

The product should be unused and in the same condition as received.
