 Warranty & Guarantee

We do not provide any warranty from our side.
Any warranty (if applicable) is offered directly by the parent company or manufacturer of the product.
All second-hand and refurbished products are not covered under any warranty.
The software included (if any) has no warranty, and the processor used is old and also not covered under any warranty.
Warranty does not cover any physical damage, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs by the customer.

Advance Payment Policy

Any advance amount paid by the customer will be adjusted and deducted from the total product price at the time of final purchase. The advance payment is taken only to confirm the order and is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only if the product has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Second-hand and refurbished products are not eligible for any return, replacement, or refund under normal circumstances.

  • Refunds will only be processed if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described, and the issue is reported immediately upon delivery with valid proof (such as an unboxing video or photos).

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all packaging, accessories, and the original invoice.

  • Once the return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Warranty Policy

  • J.C Computer does not provide any warranty from its side.

  • All warranties (if applicable) are provided only by the principal manufacturer or parent company.

  • Warranty becomes void in case of physical damage, burns, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.

  • No on-site warranty is available.

  • Software items do not carry any warranty.

  • Customers are advised to inspect the product carefully before accepting delivery, as goods once sold will not be taken back.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or physical damage

  • Software, downloadable items, or customized products

  • All second-hand and refurbished products

Return Policy

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery if eligible.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the delivered product was defective or incorrect.
